One on One In Person Coaching.

My Strength Coaching is delivered through one-on-one, face-to-face coaching, ensuring individualized attention and progress.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

  • Spots Available – Available for individual or small group coaching.

  • Minimum 6-Month Commitment – Strength development takes time, and we’ll prioritize long-term progress.

  • Flexible Training Frequency – Training days are 3 sessions per week based on your schedule. However based on individual circumstances this can be altered to 2 - 4 times a week.

Your starting point is determined based on your individual ability, ensuring a structured and progressive program that aligns with your strength and fitness level.

Pricing & Payment Options:

  • The cost is customized based on your specific training plan, developed in collaboration with the coach.

  • Programs can be adjusted throughout the duration based on your progress and needs.

  • Payment Plans Available – While flexible options can be arranged, paying in full upfront comes with a discounted rate.

In person coaching will be held at CrossFit AKL in Auckland CBD.

Online Coaching.

Join my Online Coaching Program and experience a truly personalized approach to strength training! This service is designed to fit seamlessly into your life, offering you the flexibility and support you need to succeed from anywhere.

Using an advanced coaching app, your training plan will be tailored to your strength goals and updated weekly. All you have to do is upload videos of your workouts through the app, and you will be provided an in-depth analysis and feedback, ensuring you're on track with proper technique and making consistent progress.

Each week, you'll have a conference call to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and ensure your training, recovery, and lifestyle factors are all aligned with your goals. This way, we can make adjustments that fit your personal circumstances and ensure you're consistently moving forward.

Requirements:

  • The program is designed for 3 sessions per week, no less.

  • A minimum of 6 months of commitment is required.
